Vad\u00ed v\u00e1m, \u017ee i kdy\u017e jste si zamilovali bruslen\u00ed \u010di ly\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u016f\u017eete se tomuto odd\u00e1vat jenom a pouze v zimn\u00edm obdob\u00ed, a to je\u0161t\u011b jenom na notn\u011b omezen\u00e9m prostoru? Pokus jste alespo\u0148 na jednu z uveden\u00fdch ot\u00e1zek odpov\u011bd\u011bli kladn\u011b, jste z\u0159ejm\u011b t\u011bmi, jim\u017e by mohla  ud\u011blat dob\u0159e, pro n\u011b\u017e by mohla b\u00fdt t\u00edm prav\u00fdm. Nordic blading by se mohlo st\u00e1t ide\u00e1ln\u00edm pohybem pro pr\u00e1v\u011b takov\u00e9 jedince. Kte\u0159\u00ed vlastn\u011b sv\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem ani nemus\u00ed a\u017e tak moc zvl\u00e1dat bruslen\u00ed, proto\u017ee se u t\u00e9to jeho formy pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed i h\u016flky, jimi\u017e se lze nejen odpichovat, ale klidn\u011b i \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b podp\u00edrat. Tato technika pohybu je \u010d\u00edmsi mezi bruslen\u00edm a ly\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm. Sta\u010d\u00ed si jenom nasadit kole\u010dkov\u00e9 brusle, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1jmu vz\u00edt do rukou h\u016flky a u\u017e to m\u016f\u017eete rozjet kdykoliv a kdekoliv. I kdy\u017e je nasnad\u011b, \u017ee oranice nebo hlubok\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bje pro pr\u00e1v\u011b toto ly\u017eobruslen\u00ed rozhodn\u011b ide\u00e1ln\u00ed nejsou. \u010clov\u011bk se m\u016f\u017ee t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem pohybovat rychle vp\u0159ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zapojit hned celou \u0159adu sval\u016f, jim\u017e t\u00edm ned\u00e1 \u0161anci ochabovat. Na sv\u00e9 si tak p\u0159ijdou svaly nohou, horn\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla, ale tak\u00e9 z\u00e1dov\u00e9 a b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed svalstvo. O tom, \u017ee v\u00edce zapojen\u00fdch sval\u016f znamen\u00e1 i v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebu energie a tud\u00ed\u017e i leck\u00fdm vysn\u011bn\u00e9 zhubnut\u00ed, ani nemluv\u011b. Je logick\u00e9, \u017ee ani zde nikdo u\u010den\u00fd z nebe nespadl. Tedy \u017ee i tomuto sportu se je t\u0159eba nejprve nau\u010dit, zvl\u00e1dnout jak samotn\u00fd pohyb vp\u0159ed, tak i techniku br\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed. Proto\u017ee je logick\u00e9, \u017ee kdybyste m\u011bli poka\u017ed\u00e9 brzdit t\u00edm, \u017ee dopadnete h\u00fd\u017ed\u011bmi na zem, nebylo by to ono a u\u017eili byste si sv\u00e9 jak od sv\u00fdch otlu\u010den\u00fdch p\u016flek, tak i od toho, kdo m\u00e1 za \u00fakol v\u00e1m spravovat nebo kupovat nov\u00e9 kalhoty, je\u017e by t\u00edm dozn\u00e1valy nemal\u00e9 \u00fahony. \u010clov\u011bk se tu odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed nohou i ob\u011bma h\u016flkami z\u00e1rove\u0148, lehce p\u0159edklon\u011bn si to uh\u00e1n\u00ed vp\u0159ed a d\u00edky tomu m\u016f\u017ee tu a tam dopadnout i na \u00fasta, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jinou \u010d\u00e1st t\u011bla. A kdy\u017e u\u017e jeden nechce, aby mu ostatn\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1d p\u0159edhazovali d\u011btskou \u0159\u00edkanku \u201eotloukej se, p\u00ed\u0161\u0165ali\u010dko\u201c, m\u011bl by si po\u0159\u00eddit mimo brusl\u00ed a hol\u00ed i ochrann\u00e9 prvky a spolehliv\u00e9 brzdy. A tak\u00e9 si vybrat pro sv\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed cestu, tedy takovou, kde jeden nenaraz\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nerovnost\u00ed a jin\u00fdch nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdch p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek a kde m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 dost prostoru kolem sebe.
