Kvalifikace, odbornost a pracovitost jsou toti\u017e jedin\u00e9 aspekty, kter\u00fdm se firmy mohou vyrovnat tuzemsk\u00e9 i zahrani\u010dn\u00ed konkurenci. Pr\u00e1v\u011b kvalifikovanost ov\u0161em dnes zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm chyb\u00ed.\u00a0Cel\u00fdch dev\u011bt mana\u017eer\u016f z deseti vyj\u00e1d\u0159ilo, \u017ee nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed oblast, kter\u00e9 se firmy v posledn\u00edch t\u0159ech letech zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed, je pr\u00e1v\u011b n\u00e1bor a udr\u017een\u00ed kvalifikovan\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Aby byla motivace zam\u011bstnanc\u016f lep\u0161\u00ed, a to jak t\u011bch st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch, tak i t\u011bch nov\u00fdch, dev\u011bt z deseti firem zva\u017euje v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce n\u00e1r\u016fst mezd. Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f se bude jednat o nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed a\u017e o 5 procent, ale 35 procent zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed o zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed mezd a\u017e o 10 procent.\u00a0Tento krok zajist\u00e9 povede k vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed motivaci a v\u00fdkonnost zam\u011bstnanc\u016f.
